Armando, Victor and Erik arrived at my home within four hours of filing claim with AAA. Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. Victor was the lead on the job after that. He was always professional, compassionate and honest with his feedback. He brings a "humanistic" quality to the service that management should be promoting with all of their staff.

Just a letter to express my commendation and deep appreciation for Michael Macklin.

On August 17, 2016, he moved some of our contents back into our home. During the process, Michael found my great-grandmother's wedding band, a priceless family heirloom that I had been unable to find and therefore considered lost.

Michael found the gold ring in one of the dressers while he and Eric were arranging the furniture and brought the ring and another piece of jewelery (a personalized pendant given to me by mother) to me. I am extremely impressed with his attention to detail (I had combed through this dresser in the past and was unable to find the ring) and his honesty, as he could have pocketed the ring and I would have never known it.

OUTSTANDING WORK!!! I'd give em a "7" star were it possible. Fast, efficient, CLEAN, professional. Victor Garcia and Erik Villa were stellar in their work! Victor gave me a detailed explanation before rendering services. No surprises! I also appreciate his giving me the mechanics regarding the equipment he was using and what function the respective appliance performed in mitigating my problem.
