Washing Machine Floods Residence

Restoring Water Damage from Washing Machine in SoCal Home

A washing machine in this residence was left unattended and thus resulted in seeping water throughout the entire one-story floor plan. Several rooms were impacted and our field technicians recognized it was imperative to make this drying process efficient. 

Our crew started by removing impacted materials in the zone which required drying.  Once this step was complete, the appropriate equipment was set in place. The after photo pictured was a model we used for most of the rooms in this residence. 

A Dehumidifier was set in place to eliminate the moisture from the air while the air movers were operating to ensure continuous movement and releasing as much moisture as possible.
