Cerritos Kitchen Gets Makeover from the SERVPRO of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens Team

When standing water was found in this affected zone, it was clear many materials would have to be eliminated. Our team did not want to leave the tenant at a loss, so what did we do? We started with a drying plan of the space.

• The Drying Plan

As partially seen in the before photo, impacted materials in the space were marked and set to dry through the use of dehumidifiers and other drying equipment. After seeing that the materials were not going to meet the drying goal within our timeframe, another decision was made.

• Restoration

Because it was recognized these materials were not able to be restored, our team decided to work with the tenant in eliminating the original materials and replacing them with new ones. The after photo shows the final result.
