Washer Flood in Los Angeles Home

In this Los Angeles residence, an overflowing washer went unnoticed causing damage to multiple rooms. Due to the time the loss was realized, demolition did not have to occur and the impacted areas could be dried in place. In the before photo you can see that some small sections of flooring were removed. This was done so that our technicians on-site could ensure no further damage had occurred and gone unseen. 

Because of the nature of this rather small loss, crew members placed a dehumidifier to extract the moisture in the zone while the air movers seen in the after photo were also used to continually circulate and dry the area.
