Restoring Damage Caused by Pinhole Leak in SoCal Residence

When our team was called out to assess the damage caused by a pinhole leak in this home, we recognized it could be far more extensive than what we initially discovered. This was proven true when we used our moisture meters to map out what was affected.

As pictured in the before photo, a separate party had tried to address the issue. However, our team was able to use industry standard tech to map all damage and make an appropriate and effective restoration plan.

During the SERVPRO restoration process we have two goals.  First is to make our customers as comfortable as possible. Second, to efficiently eliminate moisture damage.
