SERVPRO of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens Reconstruction Services Give Home Makeover

When a refrigerator line caused a leak to soak into this residence and was left unattended for quite some time, the SERVPRO of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens team recognized much work needed to be done. On this job site, intensive care was required in two steps of the restoration process:

• Drying affected zones

Our team started with a drying plan that involved preserving as much of the contents and materials as possible.  As pictured in the before photo, a shore-up was performed to save the valuable granite counter. 

• Reconstruction

Once drying goals were met, our crew of reconstruction experts came in to complete the final phase of this project. We completed an updated remodel in the impacted zone to bring a fresh modern look to the interior of this home. 

It was our privilege to help this tenant and make sure they were aware of what was going to take place at each step of the process.
