Mold Growth in A Commercial Environment

When our crew was called to handle this initial water damage loss, the decision was made to also inspect for mold infestation. As the before photo reveals, there were two components recognized right away. 

1. In this type of environment there was significant area where the mold could spread so determining affected areas as soon as possible was crucial.
2. Properly containing and eliminating in this large of a space would also be crucial to effective remediation. 

As you can see in the Before frame, both sides of the drywall material had been impacted. Once this was discovered our team made an effort to dry in place as much of the structure as possible. At the same time, they removed a safe amount of materials to eliminate the infestation. Finally, stud scrubbing was completed to ensure no further growth would occur.
